Space-Times with Spherically Symmetric Hypersurfaces
When discussing spherically symmetric gravitational fields one usually assumes that the whole space-time is invariant under the 0 (3 ) group of transformations. In this paper, the Einstein field equations are investigated under the weaker assumption that only the 3-spaces t = const are 0 (3 ) symmetric. The following further assumptions are made: (1) The t lines are orthogonal to the spaces t =...
متن کاملNon-Static Spherically Symmetric Perfect Fluid Solutions
We investigate solutions of Einstein field equations for the nonstatic spherically symmetric perfect fluid case using different equations of state. The properties of an exact spherically symmetric perfect fluid solutions are obtained which contain shear. We obtain three different solutions out of these one turns out to be an incoherent dust solution and the other two are stiff matter solutions.
متن کاملEmbedding of a 2D Graphene System in Non-Commutative Space
The BFT approach is used to formulate the electronic states in graphene through a non-commutative space in the presence of a constant magnetic field B for the first time. In this regard, we introduce a second class of constrained system, which is not gauge symmetric but by applying BFT method and extending phase space, the second class constraints converts to the first class constraints so th...
متن کاملNon–commutative Symmetric Differences in Orthomodular Lattices
We deal with the following question: What is the proper way to introduce symmetric difference in orthomodular lattices? Imposing two natural conditions on this operation, six possibilities remain: the two (commutative) normal forms of the symmetric difference in Boolean algebras and four noncommutative terms. It turns out that in many respects the non-commutative forms, though more complex with...
متن کاملNatural flat observer fields in spherically-symmetric space-times
An observer field in a space-time is a time-like unit vector field. It is natural if the integral curves (field lines) are geodesic and the perpendicular 3–plane field is integrable (giving normal space slices). It then follows that the field determines a coherent notion of time: a time coordinate that is constant on the perpendicular space slices and whose difference between two space slices i...
